Benefits of Breathwork

Breathwork balances our microbiology to harmonize all systems of the body which contribute to the way we think, feel and relate to the world around us. When we are healthy and balanced on the inside, we transcend survival state, and make space to thrive and create.

With the intentional use of our breath we can shift out of Beta Brainwave (problem solving, assessing) into Alpha and Theta Brainwaves (relaxed, reflective, meditative, creative) to influence our subconscious and invite the experience of flow and attraction. The more we practice this the more it becomes a habitual state of being throughout our day.

Some of the conditions and blocks that breathwork supports include: anxiety, depression, mental health, pain, auto immune disorders, injury recovery, stress, fatigue, overactive nervous system, inflammation, adrenal dysfunction. All systems of the body are supported, including respiratory, cardiovascular, nervous, reproductive, endocrine, digestive & immune.
